Dr. Yankuba E. Manneh is the Director of HR and Administration of Social Security and Housing Finance Corporation (SSHFC). He is a registered member of SHRM and a Senior Human Resource Professional (HR Generalist) with more than 10 years HR experience. Dr. Manneh holds a Degree in Development Studies and Management, MBA, International HR, and a PhD in Public Administration, specialising in HR.

Prior to his change of institution from the University of the Gambia (UTG) to SSHFC in 2019, Dr Yankuba E. Manneh was the Deputy Director of HR and also doubled as the Acting Director of HR, UTG. Preceding his appointment as Deputy Director of HR, at UTG in 2016, Dr. Manneh served as full-time HR Lecturer and Head of the HR Unit, at the School of Business and Public Administration, UTG from 2014.  

Dr. Manneh, in 2019 was appointed as Senior HR Manager, Social Security and Housing Finance Corporation (SSHFC) and he has now taken up the mantle of leadership of the Department of HR and Administration.
